At mKhata (drcr.online), we strive to ensure 100% satisfaction for our merchants and users. Please read our policy regarding software subscription, refunds, and payout timelines carefully.

1. Software Subscription Fees

mKhata (drcr.online) provides digital software services. Once the digital subscription/service fee is paid online, the service is rendered immediately. Therefore, all purchases and subscription fees are strictly non-refundable under normal circumstances.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases, such as:

• A duplicate payment was mistakenly processed for the same service.
• Technical failure on our platform where the service was not delivered or activated, and our support team is unable to resolve it within 7 working days.

If approved, refunds will be credited back to the original source/bank account within 5 to 7 working days.

3. Payout Processing & Timelines (For Merchants)

Merchants who request withdrawals of their earned referral wallet balances can expect payouts under the following conditions:

• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are processed within 3 to 7 working days.
• Payment Method: Funds will be transferred directly to the verified bank account or UPI ID provided by the merchant.
• Disclaimer: mKhata (drcr.online) is not liable for minor delays in settlement caused by weekends, bank holidays, verification requirements, or unforeseen technical issues/server downtimes.
